The construction of our new plant at Spremberg, with a production area of 8,000 sq. m, is a critical part of our strategy for the future. Our sound base of skills and expertise, plus the latest production technology, enable us to supply
our customers with small or large production runs of high-quality products, to tight deadlines, in the type of material required in each specific case.
Our quality assurance system monitors the entire manufacturing process, from the raw material inspection through to final quality control of the finished products.
New production systems such as impregnation machines, multi-tier presses, compression moulds, automated panel-cutting systems, electronically-controlled winding
machines and hardening furnaces ensure that all materials are manufactured to comply with DIN EN ISO 9002 and guarantee our ability to provide a complete range of products. HIPPE also has chemistry and physics laboratories and the devices required to carry out mechanical and thermal tests, electronic measurement equipment and a high-tension testing field. | |
