It was nearly 70 years ago, in 1935 in Dresden, that Erhard Hippe set up the company. He believed that success in the long term depended on quality products and a commitment to ongoing quality enhancement. This guiding principle remains the basis for our corporate philosophy right up to the present day. It came with us when we moved to Hanover in 1946, becoming the
foundation of a new beginning for the company at that time.
In 1985 the company moved to new production premises in Hildesheim, as part of our preparations for the manufacturing environment of the future.
The new production plant was designed to incorporate the very latest construction techniques,` logistics, waste disposal and heat recovery systems.
The sustained programme of major investments in the Hildesheim plant over the last few year’s means that the company now has the
sophisticated processing technology it requires for its future success.
Our innovative approach can also be seen in the construction of the new high-performance compression moulding plant in Spremberg. |
