| We have over 120 different machines, all electronically controlled, including automatic grinding and sawing systems, CNC
controlled automated milling, turning and drilling machines and 5-axis high-speed cutting and milling mechanisms.
At this plant we turn, drill and mill anything from one-off components to large production runs, ranging from the simplest to the most complex designs, with perfect repeatability and positioning characteristics. In one clamp we are able to produce the most complex pieces, machining every side of the part in a single pass, working to very precise dimensional accuracy levels
and extremely low tolerances, for all components, from the smallest to the largest.
We achieve perfection on the basis of the know-how gained from years of experience and the use of state-of-the-art production technologies, such as our CNC machining centres.
The CAD coordinates required can be downloaded from our customers online via the Internet or input into our program setting units on data recording media.
Our use of the latest computer technology and the associated
